Gua Sha Once Per Week
The benefits of the gua sha are well-documented.

Im most interested its ability to promote lymphatic drainage and relieve tense musclesspecifically my jaw and shoulders.
With consistent and correct use, gua sha can effectively sculpt the face.
(Dont fret: there are plenty of TikTok tutorials to guide you.)

Some say a glass of water is enough, some say you should add lemon to it.
Ive tried both methods and did genuinely feel a difference in my bodyless jittery, improved digestion.
Though recently, Ive ditched the water all together for an immunity drink.

(If I dont drink it in the morning I never will!)
Whichever I choose, my coffee sits better on my stomach.
