I asked my parents, curious if they would allow me to keep one as an heirloom.

Forget rare Chanel or Gaultier, perhaps one day, one of Peperes jackets will be bestowed upon me.

(Though that’s up to my father, his next of kin.)

If and when that day comes, it will definitely make the pieces that much more sentimental.

But Ive come to learn that some clothes are not meant to be accessibleyou must earn them.
