when I came across an option I had never heard of before.

Being someone whose body doesnt always agree with plain white rice, I decided to go for it.

And it didnt disappoint.

Riceberry is jam-packed with nutrients.

And why didnt I feel at all bloated after eating it?

you could also use black beans to get a good hit of beneficial flavonoids.
