Most people are plus-size, and the average person is around a size 18.
It just points to really interesting things about class and status.
People didnt see fat as being acceptable, so they didnt want us to look acceptable.

Acceptability seems to be the last thing many Thick Thrift attendees are concerned about, sartorially speaking.
When I was in high school, there werent the options there are now.
