The short answer: Yes, you are.
But the pressure of having to constantly prove your queerness can be exhausting.
Bi women have nothing to prove, to ourselves or anybody else.
It can happen between a man and a woman, as well as between two women.
Ultimately, like relationships between people of any sexual orientation, its up to luck.
