A few years ago, William Cooper wrote a manifesto on what it means to be human.
He wasnt looking for it to be published, or to preach his self-care practices on social media.
Despite being surrounded by so muchstuff,none of it left Cooper feeling any more fulfilled.

I wrote down this list and I started continuing to add to it, he recalls.
I was like, okay, what do I need to get dressed?
What do I need to live?
